VICTOR
McMULLAN vocals, bodhran, spoons, bones, conga, snare drum, blarney Victor was born and raised on Exorna Lane in County Derry, Northern Ireland, and brings to the band traditional songs and stories he learned growing up in a Scots-Irish family. As a young lad his mother gave him a pair of spoons and said, "Here Victor, make yourself famous!" In Springfield, Illinois, Victor also plays snare & bass drums with the St. Andrew's Society and Thistle and Shamrock pipe bands

FORREST
HARRIS fiddle, accordion, tenor banjo, whistle, vocals The only 'Yank in the group, Forrest hails from the strip mine spoils of rural Knox County, Illinois. Forrest arrived at Celtic music after playing sax in his school jazz band & then electric guitar for 10 years. He became hooked on fiddle after hearing Johnny Cunningham of Silly Wizard play a lightning fast reel some years back. Forrest continues to explore the many styles and instruments of traditional Irish & Scottish music. Away from EXORNA, Forrest also plays fiddle and accordion for The Thistle and Shamrock Dancers in Springfield, IL. |

MARK
BUTLER
guitar, vocals Mark grew up in Yorkshire in the north of England. He moved to the USA in 1995. Mark was introduced to traditional music growing up in Yorkshire. But it was through playing old-time music in the US that Mark started to explore his Anglo-Irish musical roots. Victor: “He might be an Englishman, but we got him a special dispensation to sing Irish & Scottish songs.” |
